This is the complete beer experience where you will select the ingredients all the way to enjoying your unique beer with friends or family. Get to know your beer and have fun at the same time. Select from over 100 recipes, brew them and bottle them in a friendly atmosphere.
Breweing itself takes about an hour and a half but you should allow at least 2 hours on your first visit. Two people can bottle their brew in about one hour.
The secret to a great beer is great ingredients, and we seek out the finest ingredients for your brew. We give you access to a range of hop types, malts and grains and recipes to match your taste. Every recipe is compared to commercial brands and regular tasting workshops will introduce you to new beer flavours and styles.
Once you have added all of your ingredients into your brew kettle at predetermined times it will be time for the fermenting process to begin. It will take about two weeks for your beer to brew. We’ll store your beer at a controlled temperature and wait until fermentation has stopped.

Your first beer brewing session will take approximately two hours, when you come back to bottle your beer you should allow two hours. Brewing/bottling is available every day but Tuesday and Sunday. Sunday groups of 10 or more by arrangement. Bookings are essential, please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
