Most people just dream of sitting behind the wheel of a V8 race car but this exciting experience will allow you to do just that as well as drive one for yourself... for FIVE laps!!
Your in-car coach will guide you around the track for five adrenalin packed laps. This experience is pure heaven as we give you the opportunity to drive a fully race prepared V8 on Queensland Raceway.
On arrival at the track there will be a thirty minute briefing and your in-car coach will explain the best way to approach the track, the lines and the apexes. We will also explain the best way to handle an actual race car with cornering and braking techniques.
You will then be suited up and photographed for your certificate. You can choose between Ford or Holden and then it's into the car for the time of your life. This is when there will be time for a few happy snaps of your adventure before you take a seat behind the wheel of our hi-performance V8 race car.
During your race experience your in car coach will assist you to achieve the most from your experience. There will also be several other vehicles on the track so it is extremely important to follow your coach's directions.
Once you have completed your five laps you will be presented with a photo and certificate of your experience.

This experience operates on selected dates throughout the year, bookings are essential. Morning Session 7.00am to 11.30am. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment. You should allow three hours for this entire experience.

The price quoted is for one person but there will be as many as 25 other drivers in the breifing.
GUIDELINES
You must hold a current manual learner’s licence. Participants must be confident in the operation of a manual gearbox if they wish to drive. If you have any concerns with respect to health issues such as shortness of breath it is recommended you seek professional advice from your family doctor. We recommend that participants are less then 195cm tall and 130kg in weight for their comfort in the vehicle.
DRESSCODE / WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothing ie shorts and t-shirt. Do not wear synthetic clothing. Please bring your voucher, driver's licence and soft, foot-hugging lace-up shoes. We provide the race suit and a helmet with a radio so that you can communicate with your coach. Watches etc should be removed and contact lenses are not preferred.
