Come and join us for a fishing trip to the local seamount (Bowns Mountain ) which is situated 22 nautical Miles or 45 Km offshore. Tours take place on board the ocean going power catamaran. Cruising speed 15 knots. During this full day fishing trip we will catch fish such as Blue Eye Cod, Gemfish, Hapuka, Bar, Cod and Ocean Perch. Our fishing trips are great for any occasion and are also perfect for family outings such as Father and son fishing trips.
We specialise in fishing trips so you are guaranteed to have a fantastic time, the types of fish that we will catch on each fishing trip does vary but Marlin, Tuna and Shark are tagged and released.
Equipment used are purpose built Alvey winches loaded with 200 lb breaking strength braid. Because of the water depth (up to 500 metres) and weight of sinkers required, two persons are required to operate each reel on a team basis.
Included is all fishing gear, bait, morning tea and nibbles. Lunch is not included so you will need to bring your own lunch and drinks for the day but your New South Wales fishing license is paid for, so you can fish to your hearts content. Our Ultimate Deep Sea Fishing Trip is for fishing adventurers only!
NOTE: The 2012 - 2013 season rates are valid from the 1st April 2012 to the 31st March 2013. The 2013 - 2014 season rates commence on the 1st April 2013.

We go out fishing with a minimum number of participants 8 and a maximum of 12.
GUIDELINES
For your safety and convenience, we reserve the right to cancel tours at short notice due to adverse sea conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Accordingly, we would need to notify you, so please leave an after hours contact number when you book. If in doubt about your “sea legs”, consult your doctor or pharmacist as to the remedies available. Remember you will be in the open ocean where the wave height and swell will rarely be minimal. Children should be 8 years and over.
DRESSCODE / WHAT TO BRING
Please bring binoculars (if you have any)
A small pair of good quality binoculars 8-10X magnification is advised, a camera - (There will be opportunities to photograph birds at close range, although lenses up to 300mm or even 400mm are useful). Bring plenty of film or memory cards, warm and wet weather clothing, a water/wind proof jacket for days when there is a lot of spray. Many also prefer to wear waterproof footwear, a hat and sunglasses are essential, especially in summer
Please bring enough food and drink for the day, serve yourself tea, coffee and juice are on board free of charge. You will also need sunscreen.
