We then move on to the delightful McWilliams Lillydale winery for a truly gourmet Aussie barbeque matched to selection from the extensive wine list, cooked to perfection by the local chef.

From there we delve into the Dandenongs to visit one of Victoria's hidden gems, the enchanting William Ricketts Sanctuary. Here you will learn about another amazing recluse, and wonder at his immense artistic talent and passion for his land and his people.

Then it's into the Gippsland region and onwards to Victoria's wildlife island where we visit the iconic Koala Conservation Centre to meet some of the friendly locals. We'll walk among the treetops and view wild koalas, often within touching distance.

At dinner time, we choose from the freshest of local produce, not forgetting that this is a pristine island with fabulous access to the Southern Ocean's abundant fish stocks.

As sun sets it's time to take part in the Ultimate Penguin Experience where we visit a secluded beach to watch the local fairy penguins emerge from the surf to waddle across the beach to their homes.
