Many of us have not had the opportunity to learn cooking skills and recipes at home from their parents or grandparents while they were growing up, so these classes aim to fill that gap.
We welcome those people that think they can’t cook at all. These people usually find it’s not quite as daunting as they feared, and really relax and enjoy themselves.
In our Cooking Class for Everybody! classes there are challenges for those that think they are experts who might be surprised just how much more there is to learn and develop — all they have to do is ask and get involved.
There are two classes to choose from on on each course you will cook a three course meal.
The options include:
Option One:
Penne Pasta with Basil Pesto Sauce
Atlantic Salmon with Avocado Salad and Warm Orange Vinaigrette
Warm Chocolate Tart with Raspberry Coulis and Fresh Cream
Option Two:
Kangaroo Salad, Grilled and Served with a Tomato and Chilli Relish and Fresh Coriander
Chicken Breast Baked in a Bag (Poulet en Papiotte) with Mushrooms & Lemon Thyme
Baked Cheesecake with Flamed Blueberries
Upon completion of our Cooking Class for Everybody! you will have mastered basic kitchen skills in food preparation, cooking and presentation that will stay with you for a lifetime.

This class runs on Monday nights at 6:30pm and on Saturday's at 11:30am. Bookings are essential, please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

The price quoted is for one person, we require a minimum of 10 people for this class to operate and there will be up to 16 other participants in the class.
GUIDELINES
We have no minimum age, but you will need to be 18 years to consume any alcohol.
DRESSCODE / WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothing with closed in shoes as you will be working with knives. Aprons are provided.
