Thai cooking uses fresh garden produce and beef, pork, poultry or seafood with exotic combinations of herbs and spices to produce its special flavour and popular appeal.
Your cooking class with Pip Kerslake will equip you with a range of skills and an array of authentic Thai recipes. Class menus constantly change with the seasonal availability of fresh produce and the variety of ways to prepare them. You will learn to prepare things like:
Red, green and Mussaman Thai curry pastes
Traditional Thai curry
Thai fish cakes with an authentic Thai dipping sauce
Thai chicken dumplings with a peanut and lime dressing
