Terms and Conditions

1. All special offers and discounts are valid from the 14th January 2009 onwards.

2. Special offers and discounts are valid for the first year of sign up only. If you choose to renew your package after your first year, the full price of the package may be applicable.

3. Australian Explorer’s 60 Day Moneyback Guarantee is applicable to all special offers and discounts. If a claim is made on the guarantee, refunds will only be paid at the special offer price paid at the time of sign up. Australian Explorer’s 60 Day Moneyback Guarantee is only valid for 60 days from the first sign up date only, no guarantee will be offered for following renewal years.

4. Australian Explorer reserves the right to remove any special offer or discount without notice at any time.

5. All special offers and discounts are available to new customers only.  Current customers may be offered our special offers upon upgrading their current package or at Australian Explorer’s discretion.

6.  At the conclusion of the 6 months free professional website hosting included in Package 7, customers will automatically be  invoiced annually for 12 months website hosting at the cost of $264 per year unless Australian Explorer is advised otherwise by the customer.

7. Unless otherwise stated, all displayed pricing represents the discounted or special offer price applied to the basic package of each option.
