After a margarita on arrival you’ll learn how to prepare the ultimate Mexican BBQ menu so you can give your next BBQ or entertaining event that fiesta feeling! A friendly chef will outline expected competencies from the session, discuss the format of the day and introduce the menu. Then it's hands-on!
Your instructor will discuss BBQ cooking and cover important methodology around temperatures and provide tips on how to achieve a relaxed, entertaining environment and menu. The chef will then demonstrate each dish before handing the reigns to you to recreate for yourself. After each dish you will sit down as a group to enjoy your creations. Along the way you will cover all areas of BBQing as the chef clears up BBQ myths and shares tips and secrets.
You will finish the session with confidence to replicate gourmet BBQ Mexican dishes at home.
