Alexandra Headland is a relaxed town located
within the popular Moroochy
region on the Sunshine Coast,
Queensland. To the north
of Alexandra Headland is lively Maroochydore with attractive
Mooloolaba to the south.
Situated at a magnificent coastal area and
featuring a large partolled surf beach, Alexandra Headland
is popular amongst families and surfers. Attractive parkland
backs the beautiful beach at Alexandra Headland and is ideal
for picnics or a pretty coastal walk. Alexandra Headland is home to Alex Surf Club
and a large skate boarding area.
A few small shops can be found at Alexandra
Headland, although it is just a short distance from the large
shopping centre in Maroochydore and the magnificent shopping
boutiques in Mooloolaba.
